Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and kindly request that you provide at least 24-hour notice.  Thank you for understanding that our therapists rely on this income to support their families.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value.  Exceptions are made for weather and emergency situations.

If you are absent from your appointment without notice, you will be responsible for 100% of the cost of your treatment session- allowing for emergency situations.

Late Arrivals Policy

We suggest all clients arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows time to complete paperwork, and begin on time. Please note that therapists may only be permitted to work up to 5 minutes past your scheduled appointment end time. If you are late, your massage time may be shortened in order to comply with office schedule. The full amount for the service is still due. If you are more than 15 minutes late for any services you will be considered a no call/no show, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged for the full price of the service.
